Return Policy
Smt-indo.com always provides the best service for buyers. This Return Policy is a provision regarding refunds or products by the Seller to the Buyer. If the goods we send are not as they should be, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges of money or products from buyers.
Regarding requests for returning or exchanging products, and/or refunding payments (refunds) Buyers please contact the Seller directly via whatsapp chat or email.
- The buyer can submit a request for returning or exchanging the Product and/or refunding payment (refund) only in the following circumstances:
- smt-indo.com does not send the Product within a reasonable time limit.
- The product is received by the Buyer in a defective and/or damaged condition, as evidenced by the unboxing video sent to the smt-indo.com team.
- Products sent do not match or differ from those described.
- Requests for returning or exchanging the Product and/or refunding payment (refund) can be submitted within 2 (two) days after the Product is received by the Buyer
- The conditions for the product to be returned are as follows:
- All accessories such as labels, brands, packaging are in good or undamaged condition.
- Product must be in the same condition when it was first received.
- Exchange is accepted not because of human error, such as falling / being run over
- Exchanging a product for another product can be done as long as the product to be exchanged has a price that is more than the price of the product that has been purchased (maximum 1×24 hours after the item is received).
